Roof & Siding Xactimate Estimator
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I need an additional part-time estimator who already works comfortably inside Xactimate. Your core responsibilities will be twofold:
• Conduct a thorough damage assessment from the photos, scope notes, and measurements I’ll supply.
• Draft a fully detailed Xactimate estimate that captures every necessary line item, applies correct local pricing, and is ready for submission to the carrier and my production team.
I have several templates for easy start of each project. Many are supplements that just need additional revisions.
I’ll furnish EagleView reports, inspection photos, and any adjuster notes as soon as we start. In return, I expect the final deliverable in both ESX and printable PDF formats with a concise summary page.
Turnaround is important—ideally 24-48 hours after you receive the packet—so prior experience writing exterior roof and siding files is a must. If you understand insurance claims, restorations, know the current price list for our region, and can defend your numbers when questioned, let’s work together.
