We need an "enhanced fastener schedule for anchor/base sheet" by a design professional according to the Deerfield Beach Building Department to get our flat reroof permit approved. We have an approved permit to do the tile reroof on the pitched area, but our roofer started work and realized the flat roof also needed to be redone to pass inspection. I have attached the revision package with all of the reroof product details and approvals. Since we are using a product approval, the city is requiring a design professional to create an enhanced fastener schedule for the anchor/base sheet per code in Deerfield Beach, FL.
