I have an HVAC mechanic scheduled to pull, combine, or reset units as required, but I rely on you to flash, seal, and detail every penetration flawlessly; that is where the greatest technical focus lies. Accessibility around the equipment will be tight, so efficient staging, debris control, and OSHA-safe movement matter.
Scope
— Strip the existing membrane and insulation down to sound substrate.
— Supply and install a fully adhered EPDM roof, insulation, and all related parapet, curb, and penetration flashings.
— Coordinate in real time with the HVAC crew for unit lifts, removal, or reconnection so we hit the cost-efficiency target we’ve set.
— Leave the site watertight, clean, and ready for inspection.
Acceptance
The roof must pass a water-test inspection, all seams heat- or tape-sealed to manufacturer spec, flashing lines straight and uniform, and no punch-list items outstanding.
