Asphalt Shingle Roof Installation
Budget: $4,500 – $7,500 USD
I need a reliable roofer to install asphalt shingles on my property. The roof area is roughly 1,800 sq ft, so it is a mid-sized residential job that should be straightforward for an experienced crew with the right equipment and safety gear. Open to a possible re-roof install if applicable.
I will supply brand-new architectural shingles that match my HOA requirements; you will provide the remaining materials—underlayment, flashing, drip edge, ventilation components, nails, and sealants—and handle removal of any debris created during the project. Please bring everything necessary to complete installation to manufacturer specifications so the warranty remains intact.
Before we begin, I would like a quick on-site inspection to confirm measurements, check decking condition, and finalize the timeline. Once we agree on the start date, I’m aiming for a clean, weather-tight roof in one to two working days, depending on crew size and weather. A brief photo log of each stage (deck prep, underlayment, shingle application, and final cleanup) will serve as proof of workmanship and will be the primary acceptance criterion.
Let me know your availability, estimated completion time, and any questions you may have about access or staging.
