Affordable Roof Tarp Installation Needed

My asphalt-shingle roof has started letting water through the ceiling upstairs in my children's bedrooms. To stop things from getting worse, I need a sturdy tarp professionally installed over the problem section—roughly 100 sq ft—until I can schedule a full repair. I rent my house and my landlord has been negligent thus far.
