Indagra Exhibition Translator Needed
Budget: €30 – €250 EUR
I will be exhibiting at Indagra for two consecutive days and need a fluent English-to-Romanian interpreter by my side throughout the event. The focus is strictly Business/Corporate: greeting potential partners, explaining our products and services, and helping me hold brief negotiations or schedule follow-up meetings.
What I expect you to handle
• Consecutive interpreting between English and Romanian during all booth conversations, walk-ups, and any scheduled B2B meetings.
• Quick on-the-spot translation of flyers, price lists, or short emails so materials match the conversation.
• A concise verbal recap at the end of each day so I leave with a clear picture of every discussion.
The ideal partner is confident in both languages, familiar with corporate vocabulary, and comfortable standing and speaking for extended periods on a busy trade-show floor. Experience at fairs or in the agribusiness sector would be a plus, but clarity and professionalism matter most.
