Short poem for my girlfriend

I put $10-$30 but I’ll pay up to $50 but that’s my max. My girlfriend (Demi) is about to move in so I wanna get her a nice poem for her so the poem could be about her taking that leap moving in with me she also has a daughter (Cori) so I would like a reference to her in the poem as well some of our common interests are movies and music if you wanna add that too. I would love it was heartfelt but a joke or two in there as well. Thank you, Brandon
