Romantic Short Story Writing Mentor
Budget: $100,000 – $0 USD
I’m setting aside time to sharpen my creative skills, starting with two areas that really excite me—writing and poster design. The immediate goal is to master the craft of romantic short stories. I already read plenty of fiction, but I need a structured path that shows me how to shape believable characters, weave emotional arcs, and polish language so each story lands with genuine feeling.
Here’s what I’m after:
• A clear, step-by-step learning plan focused on romantic short fiction, from idea generation to final edit
• Practical assignments that stretch my range (flash fiction, 2–3 k word pieces, dialogue-driven scenes, etc.)
• Detailed feedback on every draft—plot logic, pacing, tone, grammar, and style choices
• Quick exercises or templates I can reuse when writer’s block hits
• If possible, small poster or cover-art briefs tied to each story so I also practise basic layout and visual storytelling
Preferred tools aren’t set in stone—Google Docs, Word, Scrivener, Canva, or any design software you’re comfortable with all work for me as long as edits and comments stay clear.
Acceptance criteria:
1. A written learning roadmap spanning at least four weeks
2. Weekly story assignments returned with tracked-change edits and commentary
3. At least one sample poster (A4 or social-media size) that reflects the mood of a finished story
4. A final review summarising progress and next steps I can tackle on my own
If you have a background in romantic fiction, enjoy teaching, and can explain why each tweak you suggest matters, I’d love to work together.
