US-Based Romance/Social Fiction Ghostwriter Required(Only Male)

I am looking for a reliable and experienced US-based freelance writer to help develop and write a romance/social fiction book. The ideal freelancer should have strong storytelling skills, native-level American English, and experience writing emotionally engaging romance, relationship-driven stories, or social drama.

This project is for someone who can help turn ideas, themes, and rough concepts into a polished, readable book with natural dialogue, realistic characters, emotional depth, and strong story flow.

I prefer working with someone located in the EST or CST time zone because I would like smooth communication, regular updates, and easier scheduling for calls, discussions, and revisions.

Mandatory Video Call Requirement

Before starting the project, a video call is required. This is important so we can discuss the book concept, writing style, expectations, communication process, and project timeline clearly.

Responsibilities:

The freelancer will help with:

- Developing the story concept, plot, and chapter outline
- Creating realistic characters and relationship dynamics
- Writing romance scenes with emotional depth and natural pacing
- Improving dialogue so it feels authentic and American
- Helping shape the male and female character perspectives
- Writing, revising, and polishing chapters based on feedback
- Maintaining a consistent tone, style, and storyline throughout the book
- Communicating clearly and providing regular progress updates

Ideal Candidate:

The best fit for this project is someone who:

- Is based in the United States, preferably in the EST or CST time zone
- Has native-level American English writing skills
- Has experience with romance, social fiction, drama, or relationship-based storytelling
- Can write realistic dialogue and emotionally engaging scenes
- Understands character development, tension, pacing, and chapter structure
- Is comfortable working as a ghostwriter
- Is comfortable joining video calls when needed
- Can follow direction while also bringing creative ideas
- Is reliable, responsive, and open to revisions

Experience writing from a male character’s perspective is a strong plus.

Project Details:

This may start with a small paid test chapter or outline task. If the writing style is a good fit, I would like to continue with the full book project.

Confidentiality:

This project must remain confidential. The selected freelancer should not reuse, share, publish, or discuss the story concept, characters, or written content outside of this project.

I am looking for someone who can write in a natural, realistic, and emotionally engaging style. I do not want generic AI-style writing. The final book should feel human, polished, and suitable for a real audience.
