Want to build an Actuator - Regarding Robotics and Automation -- 3

I am looking for a talented engineer who can design and build a linear actuator for my automated system. My system requires specific parameters in order to function and the actuator must be able to meet those demands. For example, the desired torque requirement for this actuator is yet to be determined, so I am hoping that you could suggest the most suitable option for this application.
