Steampunk Costume Robotic Arm -- 2

I need to hire someone to build a robotic arm (or arms) for a steampunk costume. The arms should move with the wearers arms by some mechanism, and they needs to be able to close their fingers into a fist. The exterior design of the arm should be made of a plastic or other light weight material that can easily be used to add detail, and should be bigger-than-life size. I'm interested in someone who can design and build and deliver the whole project to me. Our deadline for completion is the end of September, 2023.
