Robotics Consulting: Software, Manufacturing, Mechatronics
Budget: $25 – $50 USD
I’m developing my own robotic system and need an experienced guide who can field detailed questions as they arise. My challenges span the full stack—robotic software development, robotic manufacturing processes, and mechatronics design—so I’m looking for someone comfortable moving fluidly between all three disciplines, or is a strong expert in one of the areas.
The engagement is strictly consultative: whenever I hit a road-block I’d like to share diagrams, code snippets, CAD files, or process plans and receive clear, actionable feedback that moves the project forward. Typical topics might include selecting a real-time operating system, refining kinematic algorithms, choosing sensors and actuators, or optimising a manufacturing workflow for custom parts. I’m happy to communicate by chat for quick issues and schedule voice or video sessions when a deeper dive is required.
Deliverables
• Timely, well-reasoned answers to each question I submit
• Short follow-up summary for complex discussions, including any reference links or sample code discussed
• Availability for at least one live session each week, should it be needed
Acceptance criteria: every response must include an explanation I can realistically implement, reference any standards or equations used, and highlight potential pitfalls so I can avoid costly mistakes.
