There is a request from an HR company to create a process that would help with picking the best match applicants for specific jobs.
There is a mapping file used to match required skills and experience to each job type.
The CVs are sent via email and there are three accepted formats. Each incoming CV goes into a job specific folder. The documents should be classified and then the relevant information such as skills and experience should be extracted.
After the data is extracted from the document, a formula is applied to determine how fit is the candidate for the desired position and in the end, a list with the top 10 candidates for each job is sent over email.
