Robotic Assembly Mechanism Design

Job ID: 40581732

Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR

I’m developing a mechanical system—a purpose-built robotic mechanism—dedicated to a small prototype. The goal is to take the concept from blank page to prototype ready.

Here’s what I need from you, step by step:

• Concept development: several kinematic concepts with pros / cons so we can quickly lock in the best approach for repeatable pick-and-place duties.
• Detailed 3D modelling (fusion 360) including joints, actuators and mounting interfaces that fit within a 600 mm cubic workspace.
• Motion and force analysis (e.g., SolidWorks Motion, ADAMS, or MATLAB/Simscape) showing cycle time, payload capacity up to 3 kg, repeatability ±0.05 mm and duty-cycle thermal checks for an eight-hour shift.
• Manufacturing drawings with GD&T, exploded views and an itemised BOM down to fasteners and off-the-shelf actuators.

Acceptance criteria: the final mechanism must achieve full range of motion without singularities, clear CE safety guard envelopes, and be ready for prototype fabrication on common CNC/laser processes.

If you’re comfortable iterating quickly, documenting your assumptions and handing over native CAD plus STEP/IGES files, let’s get this mechanism moving.
