RobotStudio Denavit-Hartenberg Parameter Calculation
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I have a basic sketch of a 6-axis robot with the key link lengths already noted. For a school assignment I need that sketch turned into a working model inside ABB RobotStudio and, from there, a full Denavit-Hartenberg matrix set calculated for every joint.
Here is what I need from you:
• Build the robot in RobotStudio so it visually matches my drawing and respects the given dimensions.
• Extract or derive the conventional DH parameters (θ, d, a, α) for each joint and present them clearly in a small report or spreadsheet.
• Supply the RobotStudio cell and any supporting files so I can open and run the model on my end.
Acceptance criteria
• Your DH table should, when fed back into the RobotStudio kinematics tool, reproduce the same pose accuracy at both zero and at least two arbitrary joint configurations.
• All files open without errors in RobotStudio 2023 or later.
If something in the sketch is ambiguous just ask; I answer quickly so you can keep moving.
