ROS2 Mobile Robot Integration

I'm developing a mobile robot using ROS2 and need support specifically with hardware integration and motor control.
Scope of Work:
Integrate a ZLTech hub motor setup with an ODESCS3.6 (ODrive-based) driver
Configure and calibrate the motor system for reliable performance
Ensure seamless communication between motor hardware and the ROS2 control stack
Provide guidance on tuning, wiring validation, and configuration persistence
Ideal Skills & Experience:
Strong expertise in ROS2 (robot operating system)
Proficient in Python, especially for writing hardware interface nodes and control logic
Practical experience with ODrive motor controllers and FOC-based BLDC systems
Hands-on knowledge of encoder configuration, motor calibration, and debugging
Looking for someone who can offer hands-on guidance and help troubleshoot both software and hardware integration aspects.
