We are looking for a Pharma Automation & Industry 4.0 Expert who can help small and medium Pharma manufacturers modernize their operations, reduce compliance risks, and meet global buyer expectations.
You will work directly with SMEs to assess gaps, recommend solutions, and guide implementation across critical automation technologies.

Responsibilities
Diagnose automation readiness in Pharma SMEs
Create clear, practical Industry 4.0 automation roadmaps
Support implementation of IoT, robotics, and digital twin solutions
Guide SMEs on compliance, quality, and global buyer requirements
Work closely with the nicheBrains orchestration team to deliver outcomes
Ideal Candidate
10+ years in Pharma manufacturing automation
Strong hands-on experience with IoT, MES, RPA, or serialization systems
Exposure to USFDA/WHO-GMP-compliant environments
Capable of working with resource-constrained SME setups
Strong communicator, mentor, solution-oriented
