Octopuz Full Integration Simulation

I need an experienced Octopuz specialist to build a complete digital twin of my robotic cell and all supporting equipment. The brief goes well beyond simple pathing—I want full system integration so every robot move, external axis, sensor, conveyor and PLC signal behaves exactly as it will on the shop floor.

You will start from my existing CAD models (STEP and Inventor formats) and any native robot programs I already have. Your job is to import, align and configure these assets inside Octopuz 3.x, program the robot paths, assign tooling, set up IO mapping and validate reach, cycle time and collision-free operation. The final simulation should let me hit “play” and watch the entire sequence run from part load to unload, complete with signals and safety interlocks.

Acceptance criteria
• A single Octopuz cell file opening without errors in Octopuz 3.x
• All robots, external axes and peripherals synchronized and collision-free
• IO logic demonstrated in simulation (e-stop, clamps, sensors, etc.)
• Recorded screen capture (HD) showing at least one full cycle
• One-page summary identifying risks, mismatches or optimisation opportunities
