Multilingual AI Customer Service Robot Creation

I'm looking for an experienced robotic engineer and AI developer to create a small, multi-functional robot from scratch approx. 4 feet tall to start. This robot should be able to serve as a customer service assistant, answering FAQs, and helping customers in our store, and designed for at-home use.
Key Requirements:
- The robot must have AI voice response capabilities and be fluent in English and Spanish
- It should be capable of performing customer service tasks, primarily answering FAQs
- The design should be suitable for both in-store deployment and at-home use
