Motosim Robotic MIG Cell Simulation

Job ID: 40543576

Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR

I already have a basic sketch of a robotic welding cell and I need it turned into a working concept inside MotoSim. The goal is to validate feasibility rather than produce manufacturing-ready drawings.

You will build the cell virtually, set up a MIG welding process and run complete simulations that include robot arm movement, welding-torch operation and accurate work-piece positioning. I’m interested in seeing clear reach studies, collision checks and a realistic cycle-time estimate so I can judge whether the layout makes sense before we move any further.

Deliverables
• Native MotoSim project files
• A short video or screen-capture of the full simulation run
• A brief report (PDF or Word) summarising assumptions, cycle time, reach & collision notes, and any optimisation suggestions

Acceptance Criteria
• All three elements—arm motion, torch action and work-piece placement—are shown clearly in the simulation.
• No collisions are present during the virtual run.
• Cycle-time and reach data are extracted directly from MotoSim, not manually estimated.

If you have MotoSim experience with MIG applications and can turn a sketch into a convincing virtual cell, I’m ready to get started.
