Mechatronics Engineer- Robotics- Coding (In person- Amman, Jordan)

Key Responsibilities:
Curriculum Development: Design age-appropriate robotics curricula and lesson plans that align with educational objectives and foster hands-on learning experiences.
Instruction: Lead robotics classes and workshops, providing clear instructions, guidance, and demonstrations to students. Adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and abilities.
Robotics Kit Management: Ensure the proper maintenance and organization of robotics kits and equipment, keeping them in excellent working condition.
Safety: Prioritize safety during all robotics activities, enforcing safety protocols and educating students on safe handling of equipment.
Problem Solving: Encourage critical thinking and problem-solving skills by challenging students with robotics projects and activities that promote creativity and innovation.
Progress Monitoring: Track and assess the progress of students, providing constructive feedback and guidance to help them improve their robotics skills.
Parent and Guardian Communication: Maintain open and regular communication with parents or guardians, providing updates on student progress and addressing any concerns or questions.
Inspiration: Inspire a love for robotics and STEM fields by sharing your enthusiasm and passion for technology with young learners.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Robotics, Engineering, Education, or STEM-related disciplines).
Strong knowledge of robotics concepts, programming languages (e.g., Scratch, Python), and robotics platforms (e.g., LEGO Mindstorms, VEX).
Prior experience in teaching or mentoring children in a classroom, workshop, or camp setting is preferred.
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to engage and motivate young learners.
