FANUC Robot Simulation Video
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I have a complete 3-D STEP model of a cell that houses four FANUC robots. What I now need is the full offline programming that makes each robot carry out a simple, repeatable welding and assembly cycle, then a video that captures those motions in a clean loop.
Scope
• Import the STEP model into Roboguide or any comparable FANUC-compatible offline environment.
• Create the programs from scratch: two robots weld, two handle the required assembly moves.
• Keep the sequence straightforward—no fancy camera fly-throughs or environment physics—just clear, collision-free motions that show the basic task execution from a fixed or gently panning viewpoint.
Deliverables
1. A short MP4 (around one-two minute) that plays the full cycle on repeat.
Acceptance
All four robots must complete their assigned paths without collisions, remain within joint limits, and return to home positions before the loop restarts. A quick screen-share review to confirm this is part of the hand-off.
