Agricultural Project

I need 2 people who are "Know how" if not experts to develop equipments for agricutural utilities.
Mandatory Skills:
1. Need to know how to build a basic robot
2. Designing and building the parts required for a robot
3. Understanding and high level knowledge of how to program the robots
Need one person each with 1&2 and 3 mentioned above
Project duration is of 6 months. Can be finalized based on who gets recruited and what lelvel of knowledge and talent to learn they poses
