Robot Cleaner

I am looking for a capable robot cleaner to help with cleaning tasks, particularly for horizontal garbage chutes. I am open to suggestions for the cleaner, and I would prefer the power source to be batteries. The ideal cleaner should be able to spray soap and water with ease and efficiency. It should also be reliable and require minimal maintenance. Being energy-efficient would be a plus. Modern features such as remote control, programming, and automatic obstacle navigation would also be welcome.
