Make a 3d construction printer

I am currently in need of a 3D construction printer that can be used for research and development. I have a budget of $10,000 - $50,000 for this specific project and I have detailed specifications for the design already in mind. I am most interested in using this technology for something that can further my research goals, so having a creative outside perspective could be beneficial.
