commercial job - faulty neck function animaltronics

We are a business Gentle Monster, an eyewear fashion retailer located in London. Last year our robot ostrich installation became faulty and we had to tie brace around its neck. We require an engineer to assess why the neck drops when unbraced and repair/ maintenance the machine so we can then use the robot again in our retail space.
