Ticketing Creation & Chat Response via RPA -- 2
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need an RPA workflow that sits between our chat and email channels and the service-desk platform. The automation must watch incoming messages, capture the user’s name, contact details, and any other relevant metadata, intelligently categorise the issue, then create a new ticket based on the information provided
Immediately after creation the bot should send a confirmation, keep the requester updated on status, and answer the typical “where is my ticket?” or similar routine queries without human help. If the workflow runs into an unexpected error or receives a request it cannot handle, it must route the conversation—and all gathered context—to a live agent so the hand-off feels seamless.
I’ll provide mailbox and chat credentials plus access to our service-desk sandbox. Deliverables are the fully-documented RPA scripts/workflows, a brief runbook explaining deployment and maintenance, and a short demo video or live session showing everything working end-to-end. Clean logging, clear error handling, and concise inline comments are essential for acceptance.
