I need a skilled developer to create an automation bot for Telegram Channels. This bot will have the essential functions of:

- Auto-joining channels
- Extracting basic channel information including the description and links

I want the bot to be able to extract the following specific information from the channels it joins:

- Channel Name
- Channel Description
- Channel Links
- Member Count

The frequency of this extraction should be set to a weekly basis.
