Stealthy WhatsApp Automation with Playwright

I'm looking for a skilled developer who can use Playwright on a Windows PC to automate WhatsApp number verification and messaging. The automation needs to be stealthy in order to avoid detection by WhatsApp's anti-bot measures.

Requirements:
- Verification of whether a WhatsApp number is active or not
- Sending WhatsApp messages to the verified numbers
- Both the numbers and messages will be coming from an API endpoint in JSON format
- Results from the automation will need to be sent to another specified API endpoint
