Description:
We are looking for an experienced Robotic Process Automation (RPA) developer to automate desktop-based tasks and workflows in our day-to-day operations.
This is a freelance project with a clear scope, involving automation of repetitive tasks across Windows-based software and tools.
Project Scope Includes:
Task Analysis & Planning:
Understand our current manual desktop workflows
Identify and propose automation opportunities
Desktop Automation:
Build RPA bots using tools like UiPath, Power Automate, Automation Anywhere, AutoHotkey, or Python (pyautogui, pywinauto, etc.)
Automate actions like:
Data entry across software
File/folder handling
Email responses
Report generation and formatting
Application navigation
Testing & Validation:
Ensure the bots are stable, reliable, and error-resistant
Documentation & Handover:
Provide instructions and support for future maintenance
Optionally, build in error logging/alerts
Requirements:
Proven experience with RPA tools (especially desktop-focused automation)
Strong understanding of Windows OS, task schedulers, and APIs
Clean coding and automation scripting practices
Ability to deliver on time and provide support as needed
Timeline:
Looking to complete the project in 2–3 weeks. Earlier delivery is welcome.
