RPA FMCG Order-Taking Explainer
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need a concise, 2–3-minute video that clearly shows FMCG industry professionals how Robotic Process Automation (RPA) streamlines the order-taking workflow—from receiving purchase orders to posting them inside an ERP. The piece must feel engaging and relatable rather than textbook-formal, using everyday scenarios, light motion graphics, and a friendly voice-over to keep attention while still delivering solid educational value.
The story should:
• Open with the common pain points of manual order entry (errors, delays, cost).
• Transition to a visual walkthrough of an RPA bot capturing orders from email, validating data against SAP/Oracle, and pushing clean entries into the system.
• Close with measurable wins: faster cycle times, higher accuracy, happier customers.
Any production approach is fine—live-action overlays, animated icons, or a mix—as long as the final output is HD (1080p) in .mp4 and ready to share at trade events or on LinkedIn. Please include an English script and optional subtitle file so I can localise later. Tools such as Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Camtasia, or animation platforms plus references to UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism are welcome when illustrating the bot’s tasks.
Deliverables
• 2–3-minute finished video, 1080p (.mp4)
• Editable project files (if animation)
• Final script and .srt subtitles
I’ll provide branding colours and a few real-world KPIs once we start; everything else—storyboard, graphics, stock footage, and voice-over—comes from you.
