I'm looking for a knowledgeable professional to assist in addressing two main issues I'm facing with Botpress. These issues are impacting my project's efficiency and functionality, and they are:

1. Lengthy Response: The bot responses are too lengthy, which becomes overwhelming for the user and could impair their overall experience with the bot.
2. Cutoff of Answers: Coupled with the issue above, the answers are being cut off abruptly, leading to incomplete information being relayed to the user.
