Automate Date Picker using UiPath

I have a webpage which I want to automate data using UIPath. One of the fields to enter is a date, you have to use a date picker. I can see the source has a text value which stores the date. Do you know to select the relevant date using UIPath. I will provide anydesk access to show what needs to be done. No chancers and only if you have done this before, it shouldn't take you a long time to solve if you have this before.
