I'm looking to enhance a 4-wheeled agricultural robot with a 'Teach and Repeat' path feature. This robot operates in mixed environments, from open fields to greenhouses, and needs to navigate through mixed terrain, including both flat and hilly areas.
Key Requirements:
- Develop a system that allows the robot to learn and repeat a given path.
- Ensure the system is capable of functioning in both open field scenarios and more confined spaces such as greenhouses.
Essential Navigation Capabilities:
Any one of the following is okay -
- GPS-based navigation for broad, open areas.
- Sensor-based navigation for detecting and responding to immediate obstacles.
- Visual marker navigation for following set paths or learning new ones.
Ideal Skills:
- Strong background in robotics and automation.
- Experience with agricultural machinery is a plus.
