Reinforcement learning for Quadruped

We need someone with experience in Robotics and RL methods to guide us in setting up Reinforcement learning for "Quadrupeds". Consultant shall help us identify the hardware, software (preferably open source) and in setting up the RL methods for training. Training shall be done on our severs.
