Multi-Agent UGV-UAV Coordination Simulation -- 2

Job ID: 38761774

Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR

I'm looking for a simulation expert to create a multi-agent system involving a UGV (Unmanned Ground Vehicle) and UAV (Unmanned Aerial Vehicle). The system should be able to coordinate and cover a search area effectively. The project involves creating a simple yet comprehensive simulation using Gazebo, with the concept of MAS (Multi-Agent Systems) being a core component.

Key Requirements:
- Utilize a Turtle Bot equipped with a laser camera to train a DRL (Deep Reinforcement Learning) agent. This agent will navigate towards random goal positions while avoiding obstacles.
Use reference : https://github.com/reiniscimurs/DRL-robot-navigation
- Implement a similar DRL agent for the UAV, with specific control actions tailored to its functionality.
- Develop a custom world based on a provided YouTube reference ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=q_UKKMgJqX8 ), featuring varied terrain types and multiple goals.
- Ensure that both the UGV and UAV start from the same initial position and rendezvous at a common point upon the completion of their search.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Gazebo, with a demonstrated history of creating complex simulations.
- Experience with DRL and multi-agent systems.
- Understanding of UGV and UAV dynamics, particularly in relation to velocity-based control.
- Ability to create varied terrain types and implement multiple goals in a simulation.
- Strong communication skills for effectively interpreting and implementing project requirements.

This project is a fantastic opportunity for those with a passion for robotics and simulation. Let's create a powerful, coordinated search system together!
