Roblox Simulation Game Development
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I’m starting a brand-new simulation experience on Roblox and need a developer who can take it from whiteboard concept to a fully playable game. The core loop centers on building and construction—think placing, upgrading, and customizing structures that visibly shape the world as players progress.
You’ll design and script all essential systems in Roblox Studio with Lua: data stores that track player progress, modular building pieces that snap together cleanly, intuitive UI for selecting and upgrading items, and smooth multiplayer replication so friends can collaborate in real time. If you have clever ideas for optional resource-management hooks or deeper character interactions, I’m open to discussing those once the foundation is solid.
Key deliverables
• Playable prototype showcasing the construction mechanic and saving player data
• Finalized game loop with polish passes on UI, animations, and effects
• All source files, scripts, and a brief setup/read-me so I can maintain the project after hand-off
I plan to test each milestone inside a private Roblox place, giving feedback on feel and balance. Clear, well-commented code and regular check-ins over Discord or similar are important to me. If crafting a build-centric simulation world sounds exciting, let’s bring it to life.
