Military Team-Based FPS on Roblox

I'm looking for an experienced Roblox game developer to create a military-themed, team-based FPS game.

I've already got the game for the most part constructed out. The only thing I cannot work out is the weapon systems, how they are held correctly, the way first-person view when holding the weapon, crouching, and prone positions for sniping. The game can be shared with creators to team up to create
