Skilled Forex Trader for Prop Firm Account Management

I'm seeking a skilled forex trader to manage prop firm trading accounts on my behalf, for a two-step challenge or 1 phase with account sizes from $100k upwards. The goal is to achieve at least 20% returns per month, and I offer 25% of the profit as a reward. Key Requirements: - Trade on a demo account with Exness for one week.Experience trading XAUUSD - Utilize a combination of technical and fundamental analysis. - Implement strong risk management strategies. - If Algo trading must prove you can trade within prop firm requirements and expectations - Ensure trades are analysis-based, avoiding gambling tendencies. - Use stop loss and take profit measures. - Trade on a maximum of 6-8 currency pair, but mainly trading Gold (XAUUSD). - Achieve profit on a minimum of 3 out of 5 trading days. - Avoid revenge trading, arbitrage trading, and grid trading. Ideal Skills and Experience: - Proficiency in both technical and fundamental analysis. - Experience with major, minor, or exotic currency pairs. - Familiarity with prop firm trading rules, with some prior experience.
