Primavera Timeline Plan & Management Chart

I need a complete project schedule built from the ground up in Primavera P6 that focuses on clear, accurate timeline management. You will translate my high-level scope and milestones into a fully linked network, then visualise it in a management chart that highlights the critical path and key dates.

Because no prior schedules or documents exist, all activity definitions, WBS, calendars, and dependencies must be created from scratch. Resource data and risk registers are not the priority; the central measure of success is a logical, achievable timeline that can be tracked and updated throughout execution.

Deliverables
• Primavera P6 (.xer) file with baseline set, properly coded WBS, activity IDs, and calendars
• Exported Gantt/PDF management chart showing milestones, critical path, float and overall duration
• Short narrative (2–3 pages) explaining schedule logic, assumptions, and recommended update cycle
