Phishing Assessment & Workshop Training
Budget: ₹5,000 – ₹7,000 INR
I’m putting together a company-wide phishing assessment with one clear purpose—training our staff to spot and stop social-engineering attempts. I need an experienced cybersecurity professional or team who can both stage the assessment and follow it up with engaging, in-person workshops at our offices.
Here’s what I have in mind:
• Design and launch a realistic phishing simulation that mirrors the tactics our employees are most likely to face.
• Track participation and capture metrics so we know exactly where people struggle.
• Turn those findings into interactive, face-to-face sessions that break down the results, explain the red flags, and give everyone hands-on practice.
• Provide a concise post-engagement report with actionable recommendations we can roll into our security program.
On the workshop side, I’m looking for lively storytelling, real examples, and practical exercises—not a slide-only lecture. If you regularly work with tools such as GoPhish, KnowBe4, or similar platforms, mention that; familiarity will speed up the rollout.
Timeline is flexible but I’d like to start the simulation next month and hold the workshops shortly after the results are in. Let me know your approach, past successes running staff-focused phishing drills, and the rough duration you’d need on-site.
