Manage a prop firm FX account

Base pay plus performance pay weekly and monthly.

I’m looking for a skilled FX trader who can apply a clear, swing-trading approach to my prop firm account, focusing mainly on major and some minor pairs

Can you provide:
• A concise trading plan that outlines entry, exit, and risk parameters suitable for swing setups on those pairs.
• Day-to-day execution of the strategy on my account for an agreed trial period, with positions typically held for several hours to a few days.
• Basic reporting: a brief summary after each closed trade (price, rationale, result) so I can follow the logic and performance.

I’m comfortable with whatever technical tools you prefer—Moving Averages, Fibonacci levels, RSI, or your own blend—as long as they support disciplined, rules-based decisions and sound risk management.

The goal is straightforward: consistent, controlled growth without excessive drawdowns. If you have the skills track record with minor pairs and can communicate clearly, I’d like to hear how you would run this strategy and what kind of results I can reasonably expect.
