ISO 9001/31000/37000 Accreditation Assistance
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
Our organisation is preparing to formalise its management practices and I want an experienced consultant to guide us through full accreditation for ISO 9001, ISO 31000 and ISO 37000. The driving goal is to improve quality management across every department; enhanced risk management and stronger governance are welcome side-benefits, but quality sits at the centre of this engagement.
We already have elements of a quality management system in place—some documented procedures, scattered process maps, and internal audits—but they are incomplete and unevenly applied. I need someone who can:
• review what exists, identify the gaps against each of the three standards, and map out a practical implementation plan
• help design or refine the missing policies, procedures and records so they align with ISO 9001 requirements while also satisfying ISO 31000 and ISO 37000 clauses
• train key staff on the updated system and run a readiness assessment before the external audit
• provide on-call support during the certification audit and help close any non-conformities that surface
Proficiency with ISO documentation tools, internal audit techniques and stakeholder training is essential. If you have successfully led multi-standard accreditation projects before and can translate theory into workable processes for a medium-sized company, I’d like to hear how you would approach this assignment and the indicative timeline you foresee.
