EPMO Framework Integration for Project

An existing project is well underway, yet it lacks the unified structure that an Enterprise PMO framework can provide. The goal is to embed a tailored EPMO model—governance, processes, and reporting—into day-to-day operations so the team hits scope, schedule, and quality targets without adding unnecessary bureaucracy.

First, an in-depth assessment of current artefacts, workflows, and tools (MS Project, Jira, SharePoint, or equivalents) will highlight gaps. From there, a fit-for-purpose governance structure, stage-gate model, and reporting cadence must be designed. Standardised templates, dashboards (Excel or Power BI), and a clear RACI will follow, giving every stakeholder line-of-sight to progress and risk.

Deliverables
1. Assessment report outlining gaps and quick wins
2. Custom EPMO playbook with process map and governance model
3. Ready-to-use templates and live dashboards
4. Knowledge-transfer session (recorded or live) plus support documentation

Completion is accepted when the playbook is signed off, templates are actively used by the team, and at least one weekly report is produced through the new governance model within the first month.
