Here’s how I see the collaboration working:

• Receive an initial brief from me, extract the key commercial and legal points, and translate them into clear, enforceable clauses in Microsoft Word.
• Deliver a polished first draft, then adjust it in light of feedback from me or the counter-party, aiming for a final version within three to five business days.
• Provide a brief explanatory memo outlining any non-standard provisions and the business risks they address.
• Remain strictly white-label; I deal with the end client, you focus on producing excellent legal instruments.
