handling End-To-End Business Continuity Plans implementation, Incident
Management, Business Continuity Management, Risk Management,
Business Resilience Management and Disaster recovery services.

- Developing End-To-End Business Continuity Plans for ETS
subsidiaries globally.
- Implementing plan in the Fusion Risk Management Platform
aligning to ISO22301 standards.
- Connecting with Senior level leadership and collecting Business
Operations information and updating into Business Impact
Analysis (BIA) template.
- Identifying the critical processes, deliverables and resources
necessary to meet business obligations.
- Initial Risk Impact Analysis (RIA) Assessment.
- Lead Crisis response emergency notification events by assessing
impacts to global staff & facilities and providing notifications and
escalation to leadership through AlertMedia Notification system.
- Lead the Business Plans Kick-off meetings.
- Participated in ISO 22301 BCMS - Feb 2025 Audit sessions
- Providing the Fusion Risk Management application to the senior
leadership (Plan Owners)
- Managing the Suppliers Survey processing system and sharing
the report to the leadership.
- Training and integration with the Crisis Management Protocol.
Schedule plan walk-through using a Table-Top scenario-based
exercise.
- Assisting the leadership on updating the plans in the Fusion Risk
Management platform.
- Handling the business continuity consulting, providing expertise
to organizations to close performance gaps and elevate recovery
strategies.
