Balanced Infrastructure Project Planning

Job ID: 39807528

Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR

I have an ongoing infrastructure project and need a seasoned planner to turn my rough outlines into a structured, balanced work program. The assignment centres on the planning stage only; implementation and monitoring will remain in-house once the plan is locked.

What matters most is distributing tasks so no crew or discipline is overloaded while others sit idle. To get there, I want a clear-cut timeline, a defensible resource allocation matrix, and an upfront risk register that flags likely setbacks before they bite.

Preferred workflow
• Take my current scope documents and progress data, then build an integrated schedule (Primavera P6 or MS Project—your choice as long as the output is fully editable).
• Map labour, plant, and material demands against that schedule so each team’s workload stays balanced through every phase.
• Identify high-impact risks, note triggers and mitigations, and show how they influence float and resource shifts.
• Walk me through the logic in a short hand-over call so I can explain the plan internally.

Acceptance criteria
1. Baseline schedule in native format plus PDF view.
2. Resource histogram and allocation table demonstrating balanced utilisation.
3. Risk register with probability, impact, and proposed responses.
4. Short explanatory memo or recording clarifying key assumptions.

If you thrive on untangling complex timelines and levelling resources without blowing scope, I’d like to review your approach and a sample of past work before kicking off.
