Workplace Risk Assessment within a department (factory)

Job ID: 39789875

Budget: £20 – £250 GBP

I need a practical risk assessment that pinpoints ways to improve how we manage both physical safety and health hazards across our facility. The end product should go beyond a quick checklist yet stop short of a thesis—think moderate-depth analysis that a busy operations team can digest and act on quickly.

You will:
• Walk through the workspace (or work from detailed information that has already identified the hazards and hazard categories based on physical walk through, floor plan checks, policy document review, procedures review, training records, accidents/incidents history) to spot current and potential safety or health issues and to recommend what further control/actions are required.
• Evaluate likelihood and severity, including the specific legal arguments, then rank the findings so we know which fixes will deliver the biggest impact first.
• Turn the results into a clear report with concise recommendations and a clear description of the intended impact of the action, justification for the timescale that you indicated in your risk assessment, and whether you think the action will fully control the risk.

:
I already have incident records, previous audits, and equipment maintenance logs analysed by AI, I just need the data transferred and rewritten, so you can dive straight into writing the full report rather than information gathering. If you normally use tools or templates, they aren't recommended as I'll provide everything, or similar structured methods.

PLEASE NOTE: UK regulations and laws ONLY apply!

Deliver the report in an editable format Word doc. Once received, I’ll review within two business days and may request one round of revisions to ensure the recommendations fit our operational realities.
