EU Toxicologist for CSPR Sign-off

Job ID: 40534784

Budget: €250 – €750 EUR

I have six ethanol-based perfume formulations that are almost ready for market release. Part A of their Cosmetic Product Safety Report is already drafted, and all supporting documentation—including the full formulations and previous assessment reports—is at your disposal. I now need a professionally trained EU toxicologist, medical doctor, pharmacist, or similarly qualified specialist (with formal toxicology training from an EU university) to:

• Review and, where necessary, refine Part A, ensuring every data point aligns with the EU Cosmetic Regulation (EC 1223/2009).
• Prepare and officially sign Part B, confirming the overall safety of each perfume.

Your background should include broad toxicology safety-assessment experience, ideally across multiple product types, so you can quickly spot any gaps or inconsistencies. Practical familiarity with the SCCS Notes of Guidance and current EU Cosmetic Regulation annexes will be essential for a smooth sign-off.

Deliverables

1. Completed and signed Part B (PDF with qualified electronic signature).
3. Brief summary note (max. one page) outlining any key issues found and how they were addressed.

Acceptance criteria
• All sections conform to EU Cosmetic Regulation requirements and are internally consistent.
• Part B carries your full credentials (degree, registration number, contact details) and signature.
• No outstanding data requests remain after submission.

Everything you need—formulations, existing reports, toxicology data—is ready for immediate download, so you can focus purely on scientific evaluation and formal sign-off.
