Targeted Commercial Fire Risk Assessment
Budget: £20 – £250 GBP
The task is to carry out a thorough fire-risk assessment for specific rooms and sections inside a commercial property—namely the communial areas. This includes identifying ignition sources, evaluating existing controls, rating residual risk, and setting out practical recommendations that keep us compliant with current local regulations and recognised standards such as PAS 79 or the relevant NFPA codes.
Deliverables:
• A written, section-by-section risk-assessment report (PDF)
• A clear, prioritised action plan with timelines
• Photographic evidence of hazards and control measures
• A compliance checklist referencing all applicable legislation
The assessment should be evidence-based, easy for non-specialists to follow, and formatted so that it can be presented to insurers and local authorities without further editing.
